1. Acceptance
By using Kontato, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
Kontato offers an AI chatbot integrated with WhatsApp to automate customer support, scheduling, loyalty and billing for small service businesses.
3. Pricing
- BRL 1.00 per active customer per month (cap BRL 99.00)
- 1% credit on processed transactions
- 14-day free trial period
- Automatic billing via payment gateway (owner’s card)
4. User responsibilities
- Keep registration data up-to-date
- Do not use the bot for spam or unsolicited messages
- Comply with WhatsApp policies
- Properly inform the bot’s knowledge base
- Periodically review appointments synchronized with external integrations (e.g., Google Calendar)
5. Third-party integrations (optional)
Kontato offers optional integrations with external services, such as Google Calendar. By connecting an integration, you authorize Kontato to access strictly necessary data for the feature to work, as detailed in the Privacy Policy. You may disconnect the integration at any time in Settings → Integrations, with no impact on other Kontato features.
6. Limitations
- The bot may make mistakes — owner should review periodically
- 99.5% availability (except scheduled maintenance)
- We are not liable for business loss due to incorrect bot responses
- Third-party integrations (Google, payment gateway) may experience outages outside Kontato’s control
7. Suspension
Service may be suspended in cases of: payment default for more than 7 days, abusive usage (spam), violation of these terms, or by legal determination.
8. Cancellation
The user may cancel at any time. Data will be kept for 30 days after cancellation and then permanently deleted.
